PLANNING THE CEREMONY
Where do we start? With a relaxed ‘getting to know each other’ complimentary consultation to ensure we’re a good fit. Connection and trust is essential to working together. Then the fun of exploration begins with a reflective process using an in-depth questionnaire to express honestly what is in your heart. Then I get busy, writing and listening deeply to find the themes, symbols and gentle nuances that we’ll weave into your ceremony of love.

During your special day I support you in staying connected to each other and bringing your ceremony vision to life.
On your wedding day I arrive early to oversee all the ceremony details. I check in with you to attend to any last minute questions about the ceremony. I check in with the musicians to review music cues and do a sound check, meet with the photographer to chat about angles for the best pictures, connect those who are participants in the ceremony and greet your guests as they join the ceremonial space. And when it is time for your ceremony to begin there is nothing that takes my attention away from being fully present to the magic of marrying you.
HOW I SUPPORT YOU
As a Celebrant, I work with you to bring to life the vision you have for your wedding day. I hold space for each of you individually, and as a couple. We work together to meet all the energies that will arise leading up to and on the day that can potentially make you feel as if you need to perform somersaults along the way!
On your wedding day, my role is to be fully present as you step into the ceremonial space of your union. I am devoted to helping you bring to life all the visible and invisible expressions of your love, commitment and union.

As the months carried on we met multiple times and had multiple calls to check in to see how we were doing, how the planning was going, and if there was anything she could assist us with. Meg had helped us navigate the murky waters of planning our ceremony with ease and precision. If she didn’t have an answer, she would find one, and get back to us as soon as possible. Meg was sincere, and honest with us, even when we had to swallow that ever-growing painful realization that we would possibly not get married this year because of the COVID situation. She walked every step with us through these uncertain times, and when we were given the green light to go ahead and get married; Meg was there helping us revamp our originally planned ceremony into the intimate ceremony that we had. Meg took the time to listen and genuinely cared about what we had to say. She took everything we had talked about and written about, creating the most beautifully, personal tailored ceremony that was a true representation of us individually and as a couple.
When we look back on our wedding day and everything we went through to get there, we know we will look back and see Meg, she is more than just a celebrant, she is a friend and has become a part of our lives; and if you allow her she will become a part of yours.
